Giving back to the communities where we build is part of HistoryMaker Homes' legacy. We do it not only to benefit the lives of residents in our neighborhoods, but also to create a culture within our company that inspires others to do what they can to change the world for the better.
There's no one way to give, so we do it all! Whether it is our time, money, or other resources, we are sure to contribute something to each community to improve the area and the lives of the people who live there.
Each year, teams in each community select a non-profit organization, school, or ministry that makes a big impact locally. From animal adoptions and fire departments meal prep, to food pantries and women’s shelters, these causes touch our hearts and call us to act. Here are just a few of the organizations we have helped support:
Town of Providence Village's Hero Park
The Town of Providence Village's Hero Park will include a brick monument dedicated to heroes from all walks of life — including first responders, active military service members, veterans, and unsung heroes. This is the newly incorporated town's first park, and will be a place for residents to gather, reflect, and relax together under the trees.
The Miracle League
The Miracle League believes everyone deserves a chance to play baseball and creates places where children with mental and physical disabilities can experience the joys of playing ball, making new friends, and being a part of something bigger than themselves. HistoryMaker Homes’ ongoing partnership with Miracle League DFW stems from our passionate belief in their mission: baseball is for all!
Homes for HOPE
HistoryMaker Homes is honored to build for Homes for HOPE, an organization that brings homebuilders and trade partners together to construct and sell a home at little or no charge to maximize profits on the sale. These proceeds then are turned into micro loans, savings services, training, mentoring, and spiritual support to help those living in some of the most impoverished areas around the world become more self-sufficient.
Benefit Homes Project with The Greater Houston Builders Association
The Greater Houston Builders Association’s Benefit Homes Project unites homebuilders and trades to build and sell a home and donate the profits to charity. The proceeds of the Benefit Homes Project end up with non-profits local to Houston: HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home. Both organizations build homes for veterans returning from deployment, which is where our history began in 1949. In addition, HomeAid Houston helps men, women, and children facing homelessness find a housing solution. What Our
Homeowners
Are Saying
We had a very unique buying situation that the team a HistoryMaker listened to and worked with us on finding an options that made sense for our needs. It's nice to have someone work with you on the home buying process and pair with you on making it possible.
