HistoryMaker Homes is honored to be your builder of choice and we hope that you are delighted by your home for many years to come. To ensure your continued satisfaction of your home and to confirm our commitment to quality home building, HistoryMaker backs each home with a warranty protection plan.

If you encounter an issue with your home that is covered by your warranty, please complete and submit the San Antonio warranty request form below. A customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days of submitting this request. Service appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. In case of an emergency warranty issue after hours, please call our Emergency Line at 817-849-5211.

Items covered under a manufacturer warranty, such as appliances, are not specifically covered by HistoryMaker Homes. The homeowner must contact the appliance manufacturer directly to request a service appointment.
