Great communication and education. We are first time home buyers so everything was new. Mark helped us greatly throughout the entire process. Always answered calls and emails and took care to make sure we understood everything and were comfortable.

It was a tough year with Covid but they were upfront and did everything they could to get us in our home. Bobbie was amazing and always went above and beyond. During the process there was a switch with the person over building and she made sure that the transition went smooth and we had what we needed at all times.

Bobbie was very patient with my countless phone calls and questions and I really appreciate her taking so much time for me when she was juggling several other customers. I had at least 2 conversations with her when she was home sick in bed and STILL reaching out to me. She was so gracious and kind.
