Our new homes for sale in Providence Village, TX, offer the convenience of the city without bringing the hustle and bustle with it. Providence Village is conveniently located right off Highway 380, which allows for an easy commute to local employers like Peterbilt Motors, T-Mobile, Baylor Scott and White Hospital, and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
This Denton County town is actually newer than most surrounding it. What started as a master planned community in 2000 grew into a charming and quaint town that was officially incorporated in 2010. The estimated population falls just under 8,000 residents, so while Providence Village is new to maps, it is experiencing positive growth.
Providence Village is zoned into two different school districts, Aubrey ISD and Denton ISD. Both are well-regarded, and would be great options for growing families. Additionally, there is plenty of nearby for the whole family. Lewisville Lake, Ray Roberts Lake State Park, and Clear Creek Natural Heritage Center are just a few of the nearby places you can enjoy the fresh air.
Craftsman and Cape-Cod style homes are what you will find in Providence Village. One of HistoryMaker Homes’ top priorities is building beautiful homes that will not break the bank. What Our
Homeowners
Are Saying
Thank you Wendy for explaining (often) the market and ensuring we were able to lock in at a price that was still within our budget. Had it not been for her diligence and follow through we would have missed out on the desired unit at the desired price. Brandon our builder…we can’t say enough about him. From the start he walked us through the process and helped us know when we should lock the interest rate. There were many obstacles during the build but he and Wendy communicated any and all challenges. They even went beyond the requirements by reaching out to the homeowners association to ensure we could do specifics things on the property. It was always "I need to be sure because I want you to be totally happy." They could have easily said yes you can do whatever you want to the property and we would have been stuck. When we ran into supplier issues Brandon never hesitated to contact the supplier to add an additional push or confirm a date. Their level of follow up is the only thing that allowed us to close on time. Without this we would have easily been out of $10k. They are an A+ team.
